We will be presenting at two conferences titled “Thermal Conductivity Measurement of Heat Dissipating Filler Particles Using Frequency-Domain Thermoreflectance Microscopy.” Examples of measurements of alumina and AlN particles ranging from several tens of μm to 5 μm in diameter will be presented.
